About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the content vision and strategy
- Define a content strategy that drives value for the company
- Translate the strategy into a quarterly editorial roadmap
- Work with marketing team on optimizing content for eNL strategy
- Manage a team of editors spanning consumer and HCP coverage
- Set clear performance expectations
- Coach editors on story selection
- Maintain a healthy, inclusive editorial culture
- Serve as the senior editorial partner to the advertising sales organization
- Own the content calendar, production cadence, and capacity model across the team
- Define and monitor the KPIs that matter
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of editorial and content leadership experience
- Proven people leadership
