- Design across social, digital, experiential, product, and brand moments
- Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life

- Develop assets that move across digital and print formats seamlessly
- Help build and evolve our visual identity
Requirements
- Strong visual taste. You know what’s good and what’s not
- Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them
- Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered
- Designing for digital-first and social-first environments
- Translating ideas into visuals that land
- Working fast without lowering the bar
- You’ve worked in creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams
- You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view
- You’re inspired by culture, not just design trends
- You care about the details most people miss
- You want to build something, not just contribute to it
- You stay curious. New tools, new tech, new ways of making
- Bonus if you have motion or animation experience
- You think beyond screen into experiences and IRL
- You’ve built brands with real community and cultural relevance
- You’ve dabbled with AI tools
