Requirements

  • Strong visual taste. You know what’s good and what’s not
  • Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them
  • Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered
  • Designing for digital-first and social-first environments
  • Translating ideas into visuals that land
  • Working fast without lowering the bar
  • You’ve worked in creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams
  • You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view
  • You’re inspired by culture, not just design trends
  • You care about the details most people miss
  • You want to build something, not just contribute to it
  • You stay curious. New tools, new tech, new ways of making
  • Bonus if you have motion or animation experience
  • You think beyond screen into experiences and IRL
  • You’ve built brands with real community and cultural relevance
  • You’ve dabbled with AI tools
