About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct venous blood draws as part of corporate health screenings
Provide friendly care and guidance to participants throughout the screening process
Briefly and clearly explain measurements and collected health values within the legally permitted professional scope
Support additional check-up stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, and pulmonary function tests
Ensure a hygienic, professional, and structured on-site process
Prepare and follow up the work area and required materials
Collaborate with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events
Document relevant work steps according to internal quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must already reside in Germany
Nursing qualification recognized in Germany or professional license
Completed and nationally recognized training or degree in nursing in the respective country of deployment, e.g., nursing specialist, registered nurse, or comparable qualification
Alternatively, a recognized qualification as a licensed alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker) or healthcare professional, provided it authorizes venous blood draws in the country of deployment
Practical experience in performing venous blood draws safely
Very friendly, open and professional demeanor
Enjoyment of direct contact with diverse people
Independent, reliable and careful working style
High awareness of hygiene, quality and data protection
Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments to client sites
Driver’s license class B is an advantage but not mandatory
Good knowledge of the local language of the country of deployment
Good English skills and additional language skills are an advantage
Experience with health screenings, prevention, occupational health or corporate health events is an advantage
No support provided for visa, relocation or professional recognition
