About the role
- You support our team at Health Day events for companies across Germany and Europe.
- Support at corporate Health Day events for companies throughout Germany.
- Set up and dismantle event stations (HealthCases / screening stations).
- Welcome participants and manage check-in at the health stations.
- Assist participants with the process of the health checks.
- Guide participants through a finger-prick blood test (full training provided).
- Explain basic results using clear guidelines (onboarding provided by us).
- Ensure events run in a friendly, professional, and smooth manner.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (field of study irrelevant – medical background not required).
- German as a native language or very strong proficiency; you must be able to speak fluently with customers.
- Friendly, open, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Reliability and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel to events within Germany (hotel and transportation costs are covered by HealthCaters).
