About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Acute Urology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales and market share growth of HR Healthcare acute urology portfolio and lubricant/ultrasound gel products within an assigned geographic territory.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinical, administrative, financial/procurement, value analysis and infection prevention, and other key stakeholders.
  • The Territory Manager serves as the primary point of contact for product education, clinical support, and sales execution.
  • Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of the Products within acute facilities and ASCs.
  • Understand the customer’s environment, including key decision-makers, their concerns, and challenges to effectively advance the sales process.
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies and present HR HealthCare’s value proposition, including the financial and clinical impact.
  • Maintain an elevated level of clinical and technical product knowledge, including a strong understanding of competitive activity and market trends.
  • Collaborate with inside sales representative(s) within the territory to ensure appropriate coverage and to drive awareness of the products with key stakeholders.
  • Perform product demonstrations, clinical and patient education and in-services at perspective and active accounts, when required.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives.
  • Maintain a strong desire to gain new customers and expand market share within the territory.
  • Execute HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including customer segmentation, targeting and routing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system(s).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or urology field.
  • Strong business acumen, hunter mentality, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight (25% - 50%).
  • Manage expenses that (travel, sampling, meal, etc.) within allotted budget.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
