About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase awareness and drive utilization of the Products within acute facilities
  • Understand the customer’s environment, including key decision-makers, their concerns, and challenges to effectively advance the sales process
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer strategies and present HR HealthCare’s value proposition, including the financial and clinical impact
  • Maintain an elevated level of clinical and technical product knowledge, including a strong understanding of competitive activity and market trends
  • Collaborate with inside sales representative(s) within the territory to ensure appropriate coverage and to drive awareness of the products with key stakeholders
  • Perform product demonstrations, clinical and patient education and in-services at perspective and active accounts, when required
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives
  • Maintain a strong desire to gain new customers and expand market share within the territory
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to increase product usage
  • Execute HR HealthCare's Sales Methodology
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including customer segmentation, targeting and routing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM system(s)
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and other sales team members to implement initiatives and provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to support product development and strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • BSN required
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or urology field
  • Strong business acumen, hunter mentality, and results-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM
  • Ability to travel, including overnight (40% - 60%)
