Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with other Project Managers to ensure dependencies are managed.
Establish project governance structures and meeting cadences.
Drive clarity around requirements, priorities, and decision-making.
Serve as the central point of coordination between claims operations, IT, configuration, and external vendors.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness activities.
Work closely with internal leaders to allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

AA or BA in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field preferred.
3-5+ years as a Project Manager experience managing complex projects.
PMP or PMI-ACP strongly desired.
At least 2 years of prior experience in healthcare or insurance industries.
Understanding of new product and product enhancements.
Ability to identify and analyze business and technical requirements.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and assemble project plans.
Strong problem solving, time management skills.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing project plans, cost/benefit analysis, budgets, and project performance reporting.
