About the role
- Manage multiple installation projects concurrently.
- Organize and lead internal and external project meetings to discuss project goals, deliverables, and progress.
- Create, maintain, and adjust project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, daily updates, and more.
- Consider staff / departmental resources for projects.
- Coordinate project team members both internally and externally as needed.
- Apply strong project management and organizational skills to implementation processes.
- Provide regular status updates to both internal staff and client resources.
- Manage project schedules and timelines in project management software and other company project templates.
- Understand and comply with all company Privacy and Security standards.
- Employee may not use or disclose any protected health information, except as otherwise permitted, or required, by law.
Requirements
- Project management and leadership skills for managing multiple concurrent projects and the teams involved.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal and external team members and management.
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence both internally and externally.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Impeccable organization, documentation, and time management skills to keep projects on track.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- 5+ years project management experience preferred, ideally supporting efforts to configure and customize a system or product.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
