Health Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate the interface between clients and HealthBit, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the implementation and execution of health action plans
- Identify opportunities for health promotion, reduction of adverse events, cost control and claims mitigation across the client portfolio
- Develop, implement and monitor health promotion initiatives
- Manage requests for reports, analyses, newsletters, events, presentations and health programs
- Prepare descriptive health analyses and follow-up program reports
- Conduct health monitoring and prepare health profile reports
- Ensure compliance and proper reconciliation of clients' medical accounts at HBit
- Conduct hospital visits for competitor audits
- Manage severe case management, discharge planning, home care and hospitalization authorizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in audits and in liaising with health plan operators
- Bachelor's degree completed in a health-related field (nursing, nutrition, pharmacy, physiotherapy)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Bernardo do Campo/SP
- Active professional registration (regulated health professional license)
- Strong communication skills
