About the role
- Account Mapping: Identify and segment target accounts (ICP) in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep research on selected accounts (identify decision-makers, industry pain points, and business challenges).
- Creation of Personalized Campaigns: Develop ABM strategies (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many), building tailored engagement cadences.
- Marketing/Sales Alignment: Lead alignment meetings with Account Executives to ensure generated leads receive the appropriate approach.
- Content Personalization: Write and adapt copy for emails, landing pages, ads (LinkedIn Ads), and supporting materials focused on specific accounts.
- Tools Management: Operate CRM and prospecting tools to monitor account engagement and pipeline progression (RD Station and ZOHO).
- Results Analysis: Track metrics such as open rates, engagement by account, funnel velocity, and ROI of specific campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, or related fields.
- Prior experience with ABM or Inbound Marketing strategies in B2B companies (preferably in Healthcare, Technology, or Complex Services sectors).
- Excellent writing skills and ease interacting across departments and hierarchical levels.
- Familiarity with CRM (ZOHO, RD Station) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to read data and translate it into actionable plans.
