About the role
- Support innovative analytic plans intended to provide healthcare decision makers with information to transform healthcare.
- Assist in designing analytic studies and participate in all phases of the research design process.
- Work with a variety of healthcare data types including survey, case review, medical claims, and operational data.
- Evaluate a wide array of data types and conduct analyses to track and evaluate patterns of care and outcomes.
- Present project results to non-analytic staff members and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, economics, and epidemiology).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Coursework completed in statistics and other quantitative courses
- Knowledge of statistical programming in at least one software language.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work with multiple teams.
