About the role
- Conduct UX research (interviews, usability tests, analyze user feedback)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts
- Design modern, user-friendly UI components and design systems in Figma
- Use AI tools for rapid iterations and smooth collaboration with developers
- Work closely with product management and engineering to implement design requirements
- Support the development and further enhancement of features for AI-powered products
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma and confident handling of modern design systems
- Experience in UX research, prototyping, and UI design
- Initial exposure to AI tools for design processes and collaboration
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Good German and English skills
