About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Executive Advisory Boards, Customer Collaboratives, and other strategic customer engagement programs
  • Coordinate all program logistics, including calendars, meeting schedules, executive communications, invitations, registrations, travel coordination, virtual meeting production, venues, and participant materials
  • Partner with executive sponsors, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and an external advisory board consultant to support member recruitment, agenda development, and successful program delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisory board members, collaborative participants, executive assistants, speakers, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate executive participation by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, communicating with executive assistants, preparing briefing materials, confirming attendance, coordinating travel when needed, and ensuring executives are prepared for each engagement
  • Capture meeting outcomes, recommendations, and action items, and communicate, coordinate and track the follow-up activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Maintain program documentation, member rosters, project plans, budgets, timelines, governance documents, and operational processes
  • Track program KPIs and recommend continuous improvements to enhance participant engagement and program effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, strategic program management, marketing, customer success, healthcare operations, product marketing, or related fields
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings, advisory boards, customer programs, conferences, or similar strategic initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with executives and executive assistants
  • Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience managing event logistics, meeting coordination, or customer engagement programs involving both virtual and in-person experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and keep complex programs running smoothly
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback and coordinate follow-up across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Passion for creating meaningful customer experiences, executive communities, and long-term strategic partnerships
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn about the healthcare industry and provider market and apply that knowledge to your work
