About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategic planning, portfolio management, and execution of Medicaid initiatives
Provide visibility into divisional initiatives and support prioritization and resource planning
Evaluate business impacts and partner with stakeholders to align and coordinate strategic work
Translate business needs into actionable plans
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support implementation of complex initiatives
Develop business cases, portfolio reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership materials
Conduct impact analyses and identify risks and opportunities
Track progress across a portfolio of strategic projects and programs
Work with leaders and cross-functional teams across the enterprise
Use data to support informed decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to accept direction and feedback
Experience interacting with personnel across multiple departments and organizational levels
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
Analytical and information synthesis skills
Experience interpreting business and financial information
Verbal and written communication and organization skills
Experience managing changing assignments and priorities
PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
