About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support strategic planning, portfolio management, and execution of Medicaid initiatives
- Provide visibility into divisional initiatives and support prioritization and resource planning
- Evaluate business impacts and partner with stakeholders to align and coordinate strategic work
- Translate business needs into actionable plans
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support implementation of complex initiatives
- Develop business cases, portfolio reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership materials
- Conduct impact analyses and identify risks and opportunities
- Track progress across a portfolio of strategic projects and programs
- Work with leaders and cross-functional teams across the enterprise

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to accept direction and feedback
- Experience interacting with personnel across multiple departments and organizational levels
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
- Analytical and information synthesis skills
- Experience interpreting business and financial information
- Verbal and written communication and organization skills
- Experience managing changing assignments and priorities
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
