About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas.
- Conducting market analyses and recommendations.
- Participating in salary surveys.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.
- Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
