About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of financial analysts supporting budget, forecasting, and financial metric analysis across business areas and corporate level.
  • Be a team player with an aptitude for understanding financial and operational concepts.
  • Develop financial strategy, monitor/analyze financial metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Manage financial initiatives and strategies, accounting and invoicing systems, capital planning for IT equipment/software.
  • Responsible for Enterprise Portfolio Management including financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and estimation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 6 years' experience in corporate accounting and/or financial area OR 9 years' direct experience in corporate accounting and/or financial area.
  • Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in leading/supervising and developing teams.
  • Strategically oriented with conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge with investment valuation techniques including ROI, TCO, NPV, EVA, RBC.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen skills and knowledge of financial and/or resource modeling and financial management of IT equipment/software.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to large groups and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years of planning and budgeting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams) and Oracle Financial Suite.
