Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of financial analysts supporting budget, forecasting, and financial metric analysis across business areas and corporate level.
Be a team player with an aptitude for understanding financial and operational concepts.
Develop financial strategy, monitor/analyze financial metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
Manage financial initiatives and strategies, accounting and invoicing systems, capital planning for IT equipment/software.
Responsible for Enterprise Portfolio Management including financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and estimation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 6 years' experience in corporate accounting and/or financial area OR 9 years' direct experience in corporate accounting and/or financial area.
Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in leading/supervising and developing teams.
Strategically oriented with conflict resolution skills.
Effective interpersonal, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge with investment valuation techniques including ROI, TCO, NPV, EVA, RBC.
Excellent financial and business acumen skills and knowledge of financial and/or resource modeling and financial management of IT equipment/software.
Demonstrated ability to present to large groups and analytical problem-solving skills.
2 years of planning and budgeting experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams) and Oracle Financial Suite.
