Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Medicaid Strategy team
Enable state Medicaid RFPs from content generation to formal submission
Identify strategic opportunities for cost saving/value deriving initiatives
Support divisional planning to ensure alignment across enterprise and matrixed partners
Bridge the gap between data driven insights and actionable implementation activities
Supply a strategic lens on new state/federal legislation requirements
Establish yearly and quarterly goals to display progress
Display strong written and verbal communication skills
Influence a team of strategic thinkers and build a culture of creative solutioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree
5+ years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research
Experience with Retail Markets
Experience with Medicaid
Experience leading and mentoring staff
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments
