About the role
- Assist delivery leads with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs
- Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value
- Provide technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues
- Support project and portfolio management activities using MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP tools
- Collaborate with vendors and manage SLAs
- Work with cross-functional teams to tie solutions across systems and manage outsourced/offshore resources
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 9 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management
- Ability to influence and execute
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions
- Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately
- Business acumen and application domain knowledge
- Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting
- Customer relationship management
- SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
- Vendor / SLA management
- Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages
- Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS
- Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process
