About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key pharmacy analytics partner responsible for delivering analytical evidence that supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across pharmacy care management initiatives
- Drive the analysis of pharmacy program outcomes - including medication adherence, drug therapy interventions, and member health outcomes - as well as financial savings and program performance
- Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions to support pharmacy programs
- Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, project delivery, and business teams to identify opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
- Highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights
- Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python
- Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life
