About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key pharmacy analytics partner responsible for delivering analytical evidence that supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across pharmacy care management initiatives
Drive the analysis of pharmacy program outcomes - including medication adherence, drug therapy interventions, and member health outcomes - as well as financial savings and program performance
Build and maintain scalable reporting solutions to support pharmacy programs
Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, project delivery, and business teams to identify opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve outcomes through data-driven insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
Highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights
Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python
Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life
