Key responsibilities & impact

Help turn data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making
Evaluate network performance and provider accessibility across different markets and client groups
Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards that support both prospective and existing clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related field OR 4 years of experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field
Proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights
Understanding of computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python
Ability to create engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
