About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic people leader aligned to key HCSC business group(s)
  • Drive HR strategy in direct alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness solutions
  • Enable business performance acting as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence
  • Oversee workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with growth in scope and complexity
  • 5+ years as a strategic HRBP directly supporting VP-level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization
  • 4 years of management or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change management
  • Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs
  • Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or MBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, Workday or enterprise HRIS experience, familiarity with HR analytics and engagement platforms (Glint, Qualtrics); labor/union experience a plus, healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
