Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry
Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Managed care customer service experience
Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills
Drug information skills
Strong organizational skills and capacity to understand complex oral and written directions and technical information
Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
