Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
12 years of experience
5 years management experience
Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services
Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement
Data-driven strategic decision making
Executive level communication and influence skills
Comfort with change, nimble ways of working
Collective ownership mindset
Continuous improvement mindset
Service orientation and customer obsession
Desire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliver
Innovation acumen and ability to drive repeatable processes while using technology to improve
Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs
