About the role
- developing and executing an outreach strategy for the Texas Caring Foundation and its Care Van programs
- directing the fundraising plan and associated activities
- managing internal and external communications programs
- managing staff in execution of fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment and communications
- developing, negotiating, and managing implementation of legal contracts and letters of agreement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs
- 4 years management or supervisory work experience
- Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children's services
- Experience in public speaking
