About the role
- Provide skilled leadership on complex assignments/projects.
- Design enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements.
- Serve as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment.
- Link Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.
- Provide thought leadership within the systems analysis space.
- Work on projects that require broader understanding of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
- Knowledge of application configuration
- Strong Understanding of Relational Databases
- Requirements definition & management
- Data modeling knowledge.
- Proven advanced SQL skills (or other relevant back-end data query languages).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques; strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong Understanding of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
- System Performance management
