Key responsibilities & impact

Provide per diem mental health case manager services to Maine Veterans
Collaborate with Veterans to access resources and supports for mental health
Maintain a caseload size of 10-50 clients
Complete CM Program Orientation
Submit billing and payroll within set timelines
Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA and other regulations
Participate in required supervisions, meetings, and trainings

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certified by the Department as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C)
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Services or related field preferred
Valid Driver’s license or HIPAA compliant transportation
