About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant and responsive affiliate behavioral health network
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals
- Proactively identify regional coverage gaps and escalate needs appropriately
- Ensure screening activities are documented accurately and timely
- Verify contractor licenses and certifications, confirm affiliates are in good standing
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and review compensation structure
- Upload affiliate professional information accurately and within established timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service (healthcare industry preferred)
- Confidence conducting structured phone interviews
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
