About the role
- Responsible for the management and strategic growth of the Wound Care Program
- Oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, and quality/performance improvement
- Collaborate with hospital and company personnel to manage resources, supplies, and services
- Conduct performance reviews and manage direct reports working with HR
- Manage revenue cycles and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Collaborate with marketing departments for patient referrals and build relationships with physician practices
- Implement and manage continuous performance improvement programs
- Direct clinical activities including patient care assessment and planning
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to be maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience OR 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
- Demonstrated competency in BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
