About the role
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile
- Manage ATS system (Workday) for all internal/external job postings
- Collaborate and mentor team members
- Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment
- 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience; 1+ years of RN recruitment experience
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday a strong plus
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
