About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ideate, capture, and edit social-first content, including short-form video, photography, motion graphics, and static assets, primarily for Instagram
Optimise content for saves, shares, reach, and engagement
Develop ownable formats and Healf series with talent
Edit final assets using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
Bring Healf’s product curation to life through creative social formats
Interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines to produce visually consistent, strategically aligned content
Contribute original ideas to the social media strategy
Assist with pre-production planning and shot list development
Support content calendars, asset libraries, and production logistics
Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, and algorithm changes
Collaborate with brand, talent, communications, partnership, and paid social/performance teams
Work with influencers, content partners, and other talent on social-first concepts
Adapt high-performing organic content into paid-social, ad-ready formats
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Report to the Head of Content
Create culturally resonant content that grows audiences and elevates Healf as a leading wellbeing brand

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in social content production, digital media, or a related creative role
Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom
Deep understanding of social content best practices across specific platforms
Proven ability to translate strategic briefs into premium, on-brand visual content
Strong visual storytelling sensibility and keen eye for design, motion, and editorial quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable presenting ideas to cross-functional teams
Strong project management instincts and ability to prioritise across multiple workstreams
Ability to translate the brand’s tone of voice, mission, and visual identity through original social concepts
