Creative Marketing Specialist – RnD

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate creative hypotheses based on user research, market trends, and performance data.
- Develop concepts and scripts for video, static, and interactive creatives.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and actors/UGC creators to execute efficiently.
- Analyze test results (A/B & experiments), extract insights, and iterate on the approach.
- Stay on top of trends across social platforms, the advertising industry, and broader culture.
- Participate in workshops and brainstorms with team leads and cross-functional partners.
- Document experiments (what worked/what didn’t).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer).
- Solid grasp of performance marketing fundamentals and the role creative plays in driving results.
- Idea generation mindset: produce unconventional ideas and frame them as testable hypotheses.
- Structured, systematic work style with strong organization and follow-through.
- Analytical thinking: comfortable with marketing metrics, experimentation, and large data sets.
- Critical evaluation skills: assess concepts, identify potential, and improve them based on data.
- English level B2 or higher.
