About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create or manage the production of in-app content for MVPs and full-scale products: illustrations, videos, audio, onboarding flows, and screen copy.
Work with AI tools to scale content production workflows.
Build and improve automated content creation processes to increase speed, scalability, and quality.
Collaborate closely with product, growth, and design teams to quickly test and launch new ideas.
Adapt content production workflows for different product formats, audiences, and experimentation needs.
Ensure content quality while operating in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Deep expertise in at least one area: copywriting, editing, video production, or 3D production.
Ability to move fast, prioritize progress over perfection, and work well in ambiguity.
Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to quickly dive into new topics and figure things out independently.
English — Upper Intermediate+.
