About the role
- Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta.
- Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make data-driven decisions.
- Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools, and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team.
- Monitor and analyze EdTech market trends.
- Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest new ad creatives and provide feedback on their performance.
Requirements
- Have some experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast.
- Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions, and uncover causal relationships.
- Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.
- Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).
- Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
