About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create marketing creatives for the Nibble product.
Analyze the performance of creatives and develop new hypotheses based on the results.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Collaborate closely with creative marketers, international teammates, and freelancers.
Adapt creatives for different markets, considering localization and cultural context.
Propose and drive your own ideas, with the opportunity to influence the product (your ideas may evolve into new features in the app).
Share knowledge and contribute to team expertise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation and optimize workflows.
High attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective solutions.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
