About the role
- Collaborating and brainstorming with the content design team to define the best solutions for products to meet business goals and bring value to the users.
- Creating new products from scratch.
- Overseeing the printing process to ensure prodcuts quality and consistency.
- Researching concepts, designs, references.
- Use design solutions to shape a positive user experience on their journey of self-development, self-discovery, productivity, and soft skills.
- Test and iterate on different solutions to challenges.
Requirements
- Experience producing printed materials such as workbooks, planners, journals, brochures, etc.
- Familiarity with software like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Solid knowledge of print standards such as G7, GRACoL, and SWOP.
- Ability to work with vector graphics.
- Understanding of design theory basics (typography, composition, color).
- Openness to exploring new ideas and fresh approaches.
- Strong typography skills.
