Senior Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with client success to design and execute employer and member-facing enrollment and engagement strategies that support client goals such as utilization, retention, and value realization.
- Consult with employer clients to understand workforce demographics, benefit structures, and communication channels, tailoring marketing approaches to maximize relevance and adoption.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including open enrollment, launch campaigns, and ongoing engagement initiatives across digital and employer communication channels.
- In partnership with the Lifecycle team, design and optimize member lifecycle programs from activation and onboarding through long-term engagement and re-engagement — tied to measurable utilization outcomes.
- Translate health plan brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements into clear, compelling client-facing marketing assets and toolkits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Health Plan Sales, Employer Success, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
- Analyze enrollment and engagement performance data to identify gaps, optimize campaigns, and recommend continuous improvements across accounts.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on payer-sponsored benefit models, sharing insights to inform broader go-to-market strategy.
- Manage multiple concurrent health plan-sponsored employer workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing, consulting, or client services
- Proven ability to design and execute enrollment and engagement campaigns that drive measurable outcomes across member populations.
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and the role health plans play in delivering and promoting value-added solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and align cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using insights and performance metrics to inform recommendations and optimization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, employer-ready messaging.
