Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the B2B partner platform, enabling scalable onboarding, integrations, and partner lifecycle management across employers and health plans.
Act as the orchestrator for partner launches, coordinating across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams to align on timelines, dependencies, and readiness for launch.
Define and evolve core platform systems, including eligibility infrastructure, APIs (eligibility, referrals, reporting), and admin/configuration tools for employers and health plans.
Build and scale reusable onboarding capabilities (e.g., eligibility ingestion, integrations, configuration layers) to support efficient and repeatable partner setup.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure platform capabilities meet partner needs and support go-to-market success.
Work with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure platform systems meet regulatory and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
Define and track key platform metrics, including time to launch new partners and platform reliability (eligibility accuracy, access, and system performance).

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of Product Management experience, with strong experience in platform, APIs, or infrastructure products
Experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives or launches, with strong program management skills across timelines, dependencies, and execution
Proven track record of building and scaling platform capabilities or integration-heavy systems
Experience working closely with engineering teams on API design, data systems, or backend infrastructure
Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reusable solutions
Experience operating in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
