- Analyze technical issues using logs and customer data
- Document recurring error patterns and collaborate closely with the internal development team
- Working hours align with German business hours, but the position is fully location-independent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical aptitude or experience in technical customer support
- Structured and analytical work style; independent and solution-oriented approach
- Experience with AI tools is a clear plus
- German and English are the primary working languages. French or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
- We are looking for fast learners with a proactive, positive attitude
