About the role
- About Us: HeadQuarters is a global start-up dedicated to empowering U.S. cannabis companies through expert support in finance, sales, operations, and logistics. About the role: Support daily financial operations for U.S.-based cannabis clients; manage reconciliations, invoicing, cash applications, journal entries; assist AP & AR, aging reports, month-end close; deliver accurate work, maintain low error rates, build client trust, collaborate with team leads, develop accounting and ERP skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or currently in the final semester) 1–2 years of relevant work experience (internships or entry-level positions count) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required) Exposure to ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under supervision Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts quickly Minimum B2 level of English
