About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own weekly and monthly revenue reporting, including KPI tracking and performance analysis.
- Develop and enhance financial dashboards and operational reporting tools.
- Analyze trends in revenue, reimbursement, accounts receivable, customer acquisitions, and provider productivity to identify actionable insights.
- Support the monthly close process and partner with accounting on revenue-related analyses.
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility and support decision-making.
- Lead ad hoc analyses related to growth initiatives, new markets, and strategic projects.
- Support investor reporting and fund raising efforts.
- Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop scenario analyses and financial models to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance scalability across finance and reporting functions.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights that support sustainable growth across the organization.
- Help build scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure to support continued expansion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Ability to manage projects and processes with limited oversight.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Highly independent, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to balance speed and quality.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
