Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We’re hiring our first dedicated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own client acquisition across paid, directory, and organic channels.
- You’ll own both acquisition channel strategy and execution—identifying the highest-impact opportunities, prioritizing across channels, and rolling up your sleeves to implement and optimize campaigns.
- You’ll play a key role in shaping how we invest in and scale growth, bringing structure and clarity to an evolving set of opportunities.
- You will partner closely with internal teams (analytics, product, creative) and external agencies to ensure our acquisition efforts are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving.
- This role requires strong judgment, a bias toward action, and the ability to balance short-term performance with longer-term growth.
- This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to have a direct impact on how patients discover and access care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–9 years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing roles. Preferrably in behavioral health or healthcare.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta required; Google Ads a plus)
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Proven ownership of acquisition channels and measurable outcomes (not just execution)
- Experience working with SEO teams or agencies, with the ability to guide strategy and evaluate performance
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, attribution, and performance reporting
- Ability to prioritize across competing opportunities and make sound tradeoff decisions
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
- Experience evaluating, testing, and scaling new acquisition channels
- Collaborative and effective at working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
