About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end onboarding for APM providers and acquiring banks, from first contact to contract, integration, and go-live;
- Keep partner onboarding projects moving by coordinating timelines, blockers, and next steps with external partners and internal teams;
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with payment partners during the onboarding process;
- Track onboarding status, timelines, risks, delays, and dependencies across multiple partner projects;
- Maintain clear records of partner agreements, technical integration progress, and launch readiness;
- Coordinate with technical, compliance, risk, and commercial stakeholders to support smooth partner activation;
- Monitor partner performance after launch, including approval rates, coverage, costs, and operational quality;
- Recommend improvements to payment coverage, partner setup, pricing, and performance based on post-launch data;
- Identify and approach new APM, acquiring, and payment infrastructure partners to strengthen the network;
- Represent the company in partner meetings, industry events, and payments conferences when required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in FinTech, payments, partner onboarding, account management, partnerships, or a similar role
- Good understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, alternative payment methods, payment gateways, and merchant payment flows
- Experience managing partner onboarding cycles involving commercial, technical, and operational coordination
- Ability to negotiate business terms and support contract discussions with external partners
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run several onboarding projects in parallel
- Clear and proactive communication style with partners, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Fluent English for international partner communication.
