About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and expand relationships with banking and payment partners across multiple jurisdictions;
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts ;
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and service-level agreements with financial institutions;
- Ensure continuity and resilience of the company’s banking infrastructure and payment channels;
- Collaborate with compliance teams to meet AML/CFT, KYB, and regulatory requirements during onboarding;
- Identify and implement new banking solutions to support business growth and market expansion;
- Monitor partner performance and proactively resolve operational or transactional issues;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with financial partners ;
- Support strategic initiatives related to payments, liquidity, and fiat operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking operations
- Understanding of payment systems such as SEPA and SWIFT
- Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks (AML/CFT, KYB, CDD) is a strong advantage
- Experience with partner onboarding, account management , or financial institutions is preferred
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Fluent English written and spoken.
