About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and expand relationships with banking and payment partners across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts ;
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and service-level agreements with financial institutions;
  • Ensure continuity and resilience of the company’s banking infrastructure and payment channels;
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to meet AML/CFT, KYB, and regulatory requirements during onboarding;
  • Identify and implement new banking solutions to support business growth and market expansion;
  • Monitor partner performance and proactively resolve operational or transactional issues;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with financial partners ;
  • Support strategic initiatives related to payments, liquidity, and fiat operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or banking operations
  • Understanding of payment systems such as SEPA and SWIFT
  • Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks (AML/CFT, KYB, CDD) is a strong advantage
  • Experience with partner onboarding, account management , or financial institutions is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
