About the role
- Drive sales growth within strategic accounts while maintaining healthy gross margins.
- Engage with C-level executives to influence purchasing decisions and ensure effective execution of buy plans.
- Develop revenue projections, monitor account performance, and track results against budget goals.
- Leverage expertise in print-on-demand, integrations, and webstore platforms to identify partnership opportunities and lead new integrations with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate strategic account communications, ensuring accountability across the Field Sales team.
- Lead biweekly business planning meetings with customers to align on objectives and priorities.
- Ensure seamless internal coordination by keeping teams informed of key account activities.
- Own and manage pricing structures for key accounts.
- Analyze POS and market data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
- Identify, implement, and optimize technological solutions to strengthen partnerships with strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Development or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in sales
- Knowledge of the promotional products industry, including its business model, pricing structures, key companies, and professionals, is preferred.
- Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience with ZOHO CRM a plus!
