About the role
- Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
- Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
- Send proposals and follow up to close
- Hit monthly targets: 20+ deals closed.
- Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
Requirements
- **Experience: **3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)
- **Track Record: **Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- **Skills: **Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approach
- **Tech: **HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience
- **Mindset: **Self-motivated, competitive, resilient - you thrive on targets
- **Bonus: **Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plus
