About the role

  • Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
  • Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
  • Send proposals and follow up to close
  • Hit monthly targets: 20+ deals closed.
  • Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop

Requirements

  • **Experience: **3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)
  • **Track Record: **Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • **Skills: **Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approach
  • **Tech: **HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience
  • **Mindset: **Self-motivated, competitive, resilient - you thrive on targets
  • **Bonus: **Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plus
