About the role
- Audit BDR activities including outbound calls, emails, lead management, and CRM data entries
- Review sales pipeline and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes
- Identify gaps in BDR performance, adherence, and data quality
- Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales leadership for process improvement
- Maintain and update audit checklists, templates, and reports
- Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to reconcile sales metrics and targets
- Track audit findings and report trends to support decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in **finance, accounting, or auditing**, preferably with exposure to sales or BDR processes
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable reviewing CRM data, reports, and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
