About the role

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing BDRs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Assess training needs and adjust programs based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate BDRs' performance post-training and provide mentoring and coaching as needed.
  • Create training materials, resources, and documentation to support ongoing development.
  • Conduct role-playing and simulations to enhance BDR skills in real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training with sales strategy and objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or training, preferably within a BDR or sales role.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques specific to the BDR role.
  • Ability to assess performance metrics and deliver constructive feedback.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and training technology.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
