About the role
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing BDRs, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Assess training needs and adjust programs based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate BDRs' performance post-training and provide mentoring and coaching as needed.
- Create training materials, resources, and documentation to support ongoing development.
- Conduct role-playing and simulations to enhance BDR skills in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training with sales strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or training, preferably within a BDR or sales role.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques specific to the BDR role.
- Ability to assess performance metrics and deliver constructive feedback.
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and training technology.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
