About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 remote BDRs across multiple time zones
- Own team KPIs: calls made, meetings booked, pipeline generated
- Conduct daily standups, weekly 1-on-1s, and performance reviews
- Identify underperformers early and take corrective action
- Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs as we scale
- Collaborate with AEs to ensure lead quality and conversion
- Refine scripts, processes, and playbooks to improve performance
- Report on team metrics to leadership weekly
Requirements
- 3+ years managing outbound sales/BDR teams (10+ people)
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience managing remote, distributed teams across time zones
- Strong coaching ability — you develop people, not just manage them
- Data-driven — you live in dashboards and hold people accountable to numbers
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM; Aircall or similar dialer
- Staffing, recruitment, or SaaS background preferred
