- Carry out and review all nursing tasks
- Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care and document all measures
- Create a resident-centered care and living culture, particularly for people with dementia
- Actively participate in care level management and contribute to efficient workflows
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist in geriatric nursing or health and nursing care
- Further qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Experience working with elderly and care-dependent individuals
- Empathetic approach and resilience in challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and goal-oriented with high motivation
