About the role
- Responsibility for 27 staff members, including conducting performance and development reviews
- Preparing duty rosters and ensuring optimal staffing levels in the residential unit
- Caring for 32 residents and working closely with relatives, physicians and external service providers
- Further developing and evaluating the holistic care concept and ensuring high standards of care
- Participating in activation-focused care, careful care planning and maintaining digital nursing documentation (DAN)
- Monthly review of care needs, supporting MD (Medical Service) inspections and structured onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, registered nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Additional qualification as a unit manager and further training as a dementia specialist or gerontopsychiatric specialist
- Experience in nursing and initial leadership experience
- Good IT skills
- Good written and spoken German (minimum level B2)
